Graphic Designer/Sales Executive:

Our business is growing and we are looking for highly talented and motivated graphic designer/ sales Representatives. We appreciate and recognize efficiency, ability to learn fast and work well on their own.Our products include Embroidery, Screen Printing, Promotional Products and much more.The perfect person for this job is someone who has many personal contacts in their community and has the influence to sell them what they need.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by identifying prospective businesses, organizations or associations and individuals who would benefit from the products we offer
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a personal sales action plan
  • Serve as primary point of contact for your own book of business
  • Schedule business development appointments with current and prospective clients
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with ALL NGA Promotions clients
  • Remains informed on new products, opportunities and marketing methods
  • Organize value-added sales opportunities for clients
  • Develop 90-Day Member Engagement Plan for all new client activities
  • Promptly submit client orders and payment
  • Ensure that information on leads and new clients are accurately documented in Quickbooks
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals established by CEO
  • Complete all paperwork and reports accurately, fully and in a timely manner
  • Work with other staff Area Sales Representatives to create additional sales opportunities for clients

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of a two-year post secondary degree, plus proven sales experience and effectiveness
  • Experience in a modern business environment preferred
  • Fast learner with desire to learn and share what they learn with others
  • Knowledge of contemporary business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda and reports.
  • Strong organization, time management, multi-tasking skills, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong public speaking skills and comfort in front of varied audiences
  • Proven proficiency to effectively network for prospect generation
  • Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages
  • Ability to learn new, customized computer software
  • Excellent listening and customer service skills
  • Successful experience building partnerships with multiple organizations
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
  • Self-Starter with professional appearance and demeanor
